Prof. Dr. Ir. H. M. Aswin, MM: The Importance of Documentation of Each Activity
Samarinda, 7/13/2020 . Head of East Kalimantan Province Bappeda Prof. Dr. Ir. H. M. Aswin, MM, which was just inaugurated by the Governor of East Kalimantan, Dr. Isran Noor at the Governor's Office along with 12 other echelon II on 8/7/2020 delivered the first direction to all echelon III, IV and Non PNS officials in the Poldas Meeting Room, Bappeda, Kalimantan Province, Jl. Kusuma Bangsa Samarinda.
In the delivery of the direction the Head of Bappeda advised that the importance of the documentation of each of our activities both in the form of narratives, photos and vedio and published via the official website of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province and via social media based on TUPOKSI and their respective fields as data and evidence in the intended activity.
Prof. Aswin also asked the secretariat and fields in the provincial Bappeda to have a social media account in order to publish its activities so that information could reach the public, as well as the Bappeda of the Province of Kalimantan Province was equipped with supporting tools to record every activity in the form of CCTV and recording.
