Potential Review Psychological Test for Non-PNS Employees within the Regional Development Planning Agency of East Kalimantan Province in 2023
Samarinda (21/12/2023), the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of East Kalimantan Province held a Psychological Potential Review Test for Non-PNS employees at the Ibis Samarinda Hotel with the aim of finding out potential and talent from the participants as an effort to improve the quality of human resources in the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province.
This event was opened enthusiastically by Mr. Saur Parsaoran T, S.Pi, MEMD, as Secretary of the East Kalimantan Regional Development Planning Agency. He conveyed the importance of assessing employee potential to support the effectiveness and efficiency of organizational performance.
This activity is the result of good collaboration between the East Kalimantan Bappeda and the Assessment Center of the Faculty of Psychology, Mulawarman University (Unmul). It is hoped that this collaboration will provide a more holistic approach in assessing the potential and competence of the participants.
A total of 71 non-PNS participants from the East Kalimantan Bappeda took part in this Potential Review Psychological Test. They undergo a series of tests and evaluations designed by a team of experts (Testers) from the Unmul Faculty of Psychology.
The results of this potential review psychological test are expected to provide a clear picture of the employees' potential, strengths and development areas. This information can later become the basis for decision making regarding career development and more targeted training.
The main objective of this activity is to increase the efficiency and productivity of non-PNS employees at Bappeda Kaltim. With a deeper understanding of the potential of each individual, it is hoped that the organization can optimize the placement and development of human resources in accordance with the needs and demands of the task.
Great hopes lie in the positive impact of this potential review psychological test for the progress of the East Kalimantan Bappeda and empowerment for non-PNS employees. With a professional and comprehensive approach, it is hoped that each individual can provide maximum contribution in supporting the vision and mission of regional development.
