East Kalimantan Priority Program Coordination Meeting 2017
Samarinda, Tuesday 22/3/2016. Plt. East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Ir.H.Nazrin, M.Si opened the Provincial Priority Program Coordination Meeting East Kalimantan in 2016 in the framework of the preparation of the 2017 RKPD with the theme "Strengthening the Downstream Industry To Realize Quality Economic Structure" in the 3rd Floor Renstra Meeting Room of East Kalimantan Province, Jl. Kusuma Bangsa Number 2 Samarinda.
h. Nazrin was accompanied by the Head of Economy, Ir. Ujang Rachmad, M.Sc and Head of the Regional Development Assessment and Financing Division, Ir.Hj. Farida Hydro Foilyani, M.Sc and attended by participants of approximately two hundred people came from all SKPD scope of the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan.
Plt. East Kalimantan Province Bappeda said in his speech that "the preparation of the 2017 East Kalimantan Regional Development Work Plan (RKPD) must emphasize the priority program to bring direct impacts on the development target in accordance with the target of the RPJMD of East Kalimantan Province in 2013-2018 even though the available budget ceiling is very Decreased dramatically with an indicative ceiling of Rp. 6,602,986,043,996,- and must be reduced by a compulsory financing considering the amount of Rp. 5,547,398,043,996,- So the cost of developing East Kalimantan in 2017 is Rp. 1,055,588,000,000 must be divided into all SKPD scope of East Kalimantan Province ". Furthermore H. Nazrin said that this coordination meeting was a forum in preparing the 2017 East Kalimantan RKPD.

Bappeda Coordination Meeting in East Kalimantan on February 4, 2016 in Paser and continued with; b). Public Consultation on March 8, 2016; c). Priority Coordination Meeting on March 22-23 2016; d). SKPD Forum on 28-29 March 2016; e). Musrenbang RKPD Prov. East Kalimantan 2016 dated 4-5 March 2016.
While the purpose of the implementation of the 2017 East Kalimantan RKPD Priority Program Coordination Meeting is to harmonize at the same time agree on the RKPD Ranwal with the SKPD RENJA Draft as a translation of the 4th year of the 2013-2018 East Kalimantan RPJMD.

3. Discussing the accuracy of the location of the 2017 SKPD Priority Program/Activities Activities with the initial draft RKPD of East Kalimantan Province in 2017; 4. Discussing new programs/activities outside the initial design of RKPD Prov. East Kalimantan 2017 (Actual Strategic Issues and Issues based on National and Regional Policies).
Fiscal capabilities of the Province of East Kalimantan in 2017 which declined, then in compiling SKPD Renja in East Kalimantan, Head of Economics, Ujang Rachmad asked all SKPD the scope of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government for: < Br /> 1. 2. Focus on activities according to the 2017 RKPD theme; 3. Focus on activities for achieving 19 priority targets of the RPJMD Prov. Kaltim;
4. Avoid activities that are accessories that do not have public services; 5. Conduct efficiency in operational expenditure;
6. It is forbidden to make new activities unless these activities are believed to accelerate the achievement of 19 priority targets of the RPJMD Prov. East Kalimantan and answer the latest problems and issues.
Even though the fiscal capability of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government continues to decline does not mean having to reduce the target of the East Kalimantan RPJMD in 2013-2018, we must remain optimistic and plan development that has a direct impact on the public interest and In accordance with the 19 objectives of achieving development and proitas programs as many as 119 as mandated in the 2013-2018 East Kalimantan RPJMD.
