Activity and Performance Evaluation Meeting of the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda Secretariat

The East Kalimantan Province (Kaltim) Bappeda Secretariat held an activity and performance evaluation meeting which was attended by all Secretariat officials, including the General Sub-Division, Program Planning Sub-Division (PRK), and Finance. The meeting was chaired directly by the Secretary of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, Saur Parsaoran, which aimed to evaluate performance and find solutions to increase efficiency in carrying out the tasks of each section.

In this meeting, the Secretary of the East Kalimantan Bappeda also expressed his appreciation for the performance of the secretariat which continues to show improvement over time. Even though there has been progress, the meeting also conveyed various concerns, obstacles and hopes from each sub-section regarding the work that has been carried out.

"This meeting is a forum for evaluating our performance and finding solutions to various challenges faced in carrying out daily tasks. This meeting is expected to be held regularly at least once every two months. "That way, what is of concern to all friends can be improved, we also hope to increase the effectiveness of the work of each section in supporting the achievement of targets at Bappeda," said the Secretary of Bappeda East Kalimantan.

On this occasion, Each sub-section is also given the opportunity to convey various input regarding the obstacles faced during the work process, as well as express their hopes for the future so that they can work more optimally. It is hoped that the results of this evaluation will have a positive impact on improving the performance of the East Kalimantan Bappeda in supporting more efficient and effective development planning.
