Friday, August 6, 2021. Facilitating Meeting of the Draft Regulation on Changes in RKPD Prov. East Kalimantan 2021. RKPD of East Kalimantan Province in 2021 is the implementation of the third year of the East Kalimantan Province RPJMD in 2019-2023. In accordance with the mandate of Law No. 25 of 2004 concerning the National Development Planning System that in the implementation of development plans is arranged systematically, directed, integrated, comprehensively, and responsive to change. Based on the mandate of these regulations, if in the process of implementing the development plan there are changes in assumptions that affect the achievement of the set performance targets that can be changed by the development plan. This is reinforced again in the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 86 of 2017 concerning Procedures for Planning, Control and Evaluation of Regional Development that changes in RKPD followed by changes in regional apparatus can be carried out if the results of evaluation of the implementation of the year indicate a mismatch with the development of the situation. < /P>
By paying attention to the mandate of the regulation, based on the results of the control and evaluation of the implementation up to the first semester of the RKPD of East Kalimantan Province in 2021, it is deemed necessary to make and compile changes to the Governor Regulation Number 42 of 2020 concerning RKPD East Kalimantan Province in 2021.
