Regional Apparatus Plan Coordination Forum Meeting
Thursday, November 4 2021. The Head of Bappeda accompanied by all divisions in Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province carried out the "Regional Apparatus Plan Coordination Forum" activity.
KPK Circular Letter Number 8 of 2021 concerning Planning and Budgeting for the 2022 APBD and 2021 Revised APBD, where one of the points of confirmation is that "the planning process is integrated with the APBD budgeting process, each process and its results are in the form of planning documents and budgeting documents documented in the application system".
Against this, it is important to maintain consistency between the planning and budgeting processes. Especially at the planning stage, which is the context for this discussion, it is necessary to pay attention to the consistency of the contents between the RENJA and RKPD and the draft changes to the Regional Apparatus RENSTRA that are prepared.
Therefore, a review of the harmony between these planning documents needs to be carried out, especially with regard to the synchronization of the preparation of program/activity/sub-activity plans up to the determination of performance indicators and targets.
