East Kalimantan Province Jigd Integration Meeting and Balikpapan City Government
Regional Geospatial Information Network Integration Meeting (Jigd) of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government and the City Government of Balikpapan
Tuesday, 18/01/2022. East Kalimantan Province Bappeda through the Data and Information Analysis Sub -Sector Conducting Regional Geospatial Information Network Coordination Meeting (JIGD) together with the Balikpapan City Government represented by Diskominfo and Bappeda City Balikpapan.
This meeting is based on the Governor of East Kalimantan Regulation Number 27 of 2017 concerning the Implementation of Jigd in East Kalimantan Province.
Mr. Hamsani ST, M.Sc (Kasubbid Data and Information Analysis) said that this meeting was intended to accelerate the integration of the Jigd that had been built by the Balikpapan City Government with the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan.
Until 2021, there are 2 (two) regions that have been integrated with Jigd East Kalimantan Province including Kutai Kartanegara Regency, and East Kutai.
As for some regions that do not yet have geoportal and cannot be integrated with the provincial Jigd up to now, including Paser, North Paser Sharpening, West Kutai, and Mahulu.
This meeting was closed with the signing of the Minutes of the Jigd Integration Process Agreement between East Kalimantan Province and the City Government of Balikpapan.
the plan, a similar agenda will be continued with the Bontang City Government and the Berau Regency Government so that the JIGD integration process is expected to be built immediately.
