East Kalimantan Province BPSDM Technical Working Meeting in 2022
The Head of General Subdivision accompanied by staff attended the 2022 East Kalimantan Province BPSDM Technical Working Meeting on Monday, 04/07/2022. The meeting was held in a hybrid manner, namely at the Novotel Balikpapan Hotel and at a Zoom Meeting and was attended by all Provincial/Regency/City OPDs throughout East Kalimantan.

The meeting with the theme "With the Spirit of a Corporate University We Improve the Quality of Apparatus Competencies Post Bureaucratic Simplification in East Kalimantan Province" aims to map development and efforts to improve the quality of human resources, as well as cooperative relationships in organizing competency development program within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government.

The meeting was opened by the Acting Provincial Secretary. East Kalimantan and presented two speakers, namely Ir. Salman Lumoindong, MM and Dimas Raditya Anggara. By bringing material about Bureaucratic Simplification and Explanation of the Competency Development Needs Analysis Application, abbreviated as AKPK. The meeting continued with discussions and questions and answers as well as the implementation of the AKPK system
