RDTR Determination Consolidation Coordination Meeting
Samarinda, June 7, 2021, 14.00 WITA . Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province was represented by the Regional Infrastructure Division to attend directly and online (Virtual Meeting) Consolidation Meeting Activities for the Determination of RDTR organized by the Directorate General of Regional Development Development, Ministry of Home Affairs. This activity was attended by Bina Bangda Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of ATR/BPN, as well as a number of representatives of the local government invited. Director of Synchronization of Regional Government Affairs, Directorate General of Regional Development Development, Ir Edison Siagian, in his presentation conveyed related to government policies to accelerate the settlement of 57 RDTR OSS based on SE Minister of Home Affairs No.050/ 1707/SJ dated February 21, 2020; Report on the Development and Determination of 18 RTRW and 57 RDTR OSS is based on the Minister of Home Affairs No.188.34/1877/Bangda on April 24, 2020 and the Minister of Home Affairs No.188.34/2526/Bangda on June 25, 2020; It is expected that the commitment of the local government in establishing RDTR OSS no later than June 11, 2021.
Minister of ATR has circulated a circular to determine RDTR OSS to determine no later than June 11, 2021, and if the deadline is not fulfilled, the RTRW and RDTR will be determined by the Minister of Agrarian Regulation Regulation and the applicable National Land Agency. If there is still an improvement, it is expected to be able to send a letter back to re -approach the substance.
