Coordination Meeting of District and City Level Regional Development Award Assessment Mechanisms (PPD)
hi, friend planning! and Independent/TPI Assessment Team (from the academic element of Mulawarman University) related to the 2024 District and City Regional Development Award Assessment Mechanisms (PPD) at the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda.
The meeting was held to follow up on the Kemenpan / Bappenas letter regarding the Socialization of PPD 2024 Regency and City levels. In addition, it is also to synergize the mechanism of assessment and equalization of the perception between the provincial assessment team, both the main assessment team, the technical appraisal team, and the independent assessment team of the 24 assessment indicators to be carried out.
Mr. Mispoyo explained, in general the district/city assessment phase in PPD 2024 was divided into 2, namely the assessment by the Provincial Assessment Team and the assessment by the Central Assessment Team.
The district/city assessment phase in PPD 2024 conducted by the Provincial Assessment Team (consisting of TPU, TPT, and TPI) includes the assessment of planning and innovation documents (with a weight of 45%) which is currently underway. While the verification and presentation stage (with a weight of 55%) is scheduled to be carried out on 5 and 6 February 2024 in the city of Balikpapan.
