Follow-up meeting for the preparation of Bappeda's strategic plan for 2024-2026
Monday (30/01/2023) Provincial Bappeda. East Kalimantan held a Follow-up Meeting on the Preparation of the 2024-2026 Bappeda Strategic Plan which was attended by Plt. Head of Bappeda; Secretary; Head of Infraswil Division; Head of PPEPD Division; Head of PPM Division; Head of Program Planning Subdivision; Head of General Subdivision; Young Expert Planning Functional Officer; and Technical Staff for all Provincial Bappeda Sectors. East Kalimantan.

The meeting was held in the Regional Police Meeting Room, Provincial Bappeda. East Kalimantan was opened by Mr. Saur Parsaoran. T, S.Pi, MEMD as Secretary of the Provincial Bappeda. East Kalimantan. The Strategic Plan (RENSTRA) is a plan for the next five years which is prepared by considering various situations and conditions, especially regarding the advantages, opportunities, constraints and challenges of implementing agencies. The agenda discusses how to calculate objective indicators and the percentage of consistency of regional development plan documents that use 1 target and 1 indicator.

There are 4 sub-activities in the infrastructure and regional planning sector, 8 sub-activities in the economic and natural resources sector, 8 sub-activities in the economic and natural resources sector, 8 sub-activities in the government and human development sector, and 11 sub-activities in the area of planning, control and evaluation of regional development. Thus, the Head of Division can appoint one staff person to help provide data and information in preparing the LKjIP. A week after the DPA is received, the Divisions are expected to identify possible budget shifts that will be carried out and the Head of the Division to immediately prepare and submit a schedule of activities. A follow-up discussion meeting on the Strategic Plan will be held on Thursday, February 2 2023
