The meeting was attended by BPKAD Prov. East Kalimantan, Economic Bureau, PPOD Bureau and Provincial Secretariat Legal Bureau. East Kalimantan. The Cooperation Draft discussed at this meeting was regarding the Forest Carbon Partnership Facility Carbon Fund (FCPF-CF) Incentive Payment Contact between the Environmental Fund Management Agency (BPDLH) of the Indonesian Ministry of Finance and the East Kalimantan Provincial Government.

It is further informed that the environmental fund allocation is distributed to the Second Party as a benefit manager and includes taxes that arise. The use of funds is carried out based on the AWP prepared by the Second Party using the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) mechanism.
