Preparatory Meeting for the Preparation of the 2021 LPPD, LKPJ and RLPPD
Head of Planning, Control and Evaluation of Regional Development, Bappeda Kaltim, Rina Juliati, S.Si., M.Si. accompanied by the Head of Control, Evaluation and Reporting Subdivision, Berlin Friniko Sihaloho, S.E., attended the 2021 East Kalimantan Province Regional Implementation Report (LPPD) Preparation meeting held at the East Kalimantan Governor's Office, Monday (24/01/22).
The meeting was chaired by the Regional Secretary of East Kalimantan Province, Ir. Muhammad Sa'bani, M.Sc and attended by all leaders of Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government also discussed 2 other important agendas, including preparations for the Compilation of Accountability Information Reports (LKPJ) and Summary Reports on the Implementation of Regional Government ( RLPPD) East Kalimantan Province in 2021.
In the coordination meeting, Sa'bani told the Head of Regional Apparatus to prepare the necessary supporting data, bearing in mind that the fulfillment of supporting data will affect the results of the Regional Head's Performance Evaluation.
"I remind you that the supporting data in preparing the LPPD and LKPJ must come from the same source at the end of December 2021 so that there is conformity in each document prepared," said Sa'bani, reminding the Head of OPD who attended the meeting.
The 2021 East Kalimantan Province LPPD, LKPJ and RLPPD Preparation Team has been established in Governor Regulation Number: 120.04/K.658/2021, where the Head of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda is the Secretary of the LKPJ Preparation Working Group .
