East Kalimantan Province Bappeda Leadership Meeting Discussing Program Alignment Coordination and Performance Indicators 2025
Located in the Propeda Meeting Room, Head of East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, together with the Secretary of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, chairing the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda Leadership Meeting.
This meeting aims to harmonize the East Kalimantan Bappeda activities with the achievement targets that have been set.
Some important things discussed in this meeting include, first, alignment of the calculation of indicators of planning activities so that it can be filled in accordance with the specified timeline.
This is expected to ensure that the program runs according to plans and performance evaluation of achievements not hampered.
Furthermore, the Head of Bappeda Kaltim emphasizes the importance of substance in verifying strategic plan documents (Renstra) and Work Plan (Renja). This process must be more than just a formality, and must be done with an in-depth analysis in accordance with the policies that have been made. Meeting also discusses the draft Proposed Dictionary in 2026 which will be discussed together with the SKPD and the Regency/City Government in the second week of January 2025.
In addition, the draft dictionary is also planned to be discussed with the DPRD in the third week to fourth January 2025.
With this meeting, it is expected that this alignment can be well coordinated and goes according to the achievement targets that have been set.
