Secretariat Scope Staff Meeting
Samarinda, (27/01/2023). In order to accelerate and optimize the role and main tasks of the Provincial Bappeda Secretariat Division. East Kalimantan in 2023, Provincial Bappeda Secretariat. East Kalimantan held an internal Secretariat Coordination Meeting at the Regional Police Meeting Room.

This meeting was chaired by the Secretary of the Provincial Bappeda. East Kalimantan, Mr. Saur Parsaoran T, S.Pi, MEMD accompanied by the Head of General Subdivision, Mr. Syarifuddin. A, S.Sos and Head of Program Planning Subdivision Mr. Achmad Risa, SE, M.Si.

Through this meeting Mr. Saur conveyed the importance of solid team work and the ability to adapt to any changes encountered in carrying out all assigned work tasks so that they can be more optimal

Mr Saur also hopes that in the future the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda will become the best provincial regional apparatus based on the criteria/categories of work culture, Sakip, Archives, Property Management, Employee Management and regional financial management . Furthermore, in an effort to achieve these expectations, it is necessary to prepare a more specific action plan.

Apart from that, he also emphasized that increasing the competency of all apparatus needs to be a concern in the future so that the quality of work produced can be further improved.

Ending the meeting he ordered all sub-sections in the Secretariat Division to hold an internal coordination meeting of all staff at the level of their respective sub-sections, to discuss in more detail the action plans that will be prepared and carried out in optimizing the tasks and work that are their respective responsibilities.
