The agenda was attended by all ASN and non-ASN employees as well as Provincial Bappeda employees. East Kalimantan which has been transferred to another agency/institution. In Mr. Yuliando's speech, ST as Plt. Head of Provincial Bappeda. Kaltim said that employees can prioritize professionalism and are required to further improve their abilities and capacities. Apart from that, it is necessary to carry out regular performance evaluations, especially regarding the level of discipline and improving the quality of human resources through the implementation of training.

On the agenda for the Awarding of KPA and PPTK Awards for Highest Budget Realization in 2022, the Provincial Bappeda. East Kalimantan gives appreciation to KPA and PPTK with the highest absorption in Bappeda in 2022. Bappeda's budget absorption performance in 2022 reached 88.82% and was ranked 17th out of 45 SKPD in East Kalimantan Province. Mr Yusliando hopes that in 2023 the performance of budget absorption can be further improved and the focus will be on achieving the output targets and outcomes that have been prepared.
