This session featured presentations by 2 (two) resource persons, namely the Head of BPS East Kalimantan Province, represented by the Young Expert statistical functional staff in the Cross-Sectoral Statistical Analysis sub-function, Ika Ayuningtyas, SST, Msi, who conveyed information and data on poverty in East Kalimantan Province.< /p>

Then the next presentation was delivered by the Assistant for Economy and Development of the East Kutai Regency Secretariat, Ir. Zubair, MT who was not only a resource person at the meeting but also as the main discussant at the Regency/City presentation session. In his presentation, several important things were conveyed regarding the problems and poverty currently occurring in districts/cities in East Kalimantan as well as solutions to overcome them. What is important to note in the presentation and direction of the assistant for economics and development is that immediate verification and validation of data by name by address must be carried out which must be immediately mapped, finding or knowing the causes of poverty and formulating ways to overcome it based on the problem of poverty itself and immediately making an appropriate action plan. operational in nature.

The implementation of the Regency/City Poverty Consolidation meeting throughout East Kalimantan for 2 (two) days, namely from 6-7 October 2022, is a very important agenda as a meeting forum between the Province and Regency/ Cities throughout East Kalimantan with the aim of knowing and mapping the basic problems related to poverty in districts/cities as well as the obstacles faced in overcoming them also determine concrete steps as follow-up steps so that the provincial target is to reduce poverty rates and eliminate them. Extreme poverty in districts/cities can be realized immediately.

At the end of the District/City Poverty Consolidation Meeting in East Kalimantan Province, several important points were produced which were outlined in the Minutes, as follows:

1) Maximizing the role of the Provincial and Regency/City Poverty Reduction Coordination Team (TKPK) in accelerating poverty reduction;

2) Synergize Provincial and Regency/City Poverty Alleviation program planning;

3) Coordinate and integrate the results of discussions on district/city poverty consolidation into provincial and district/city planning documents;

4) Using the results of the poverty consolidation forum in overcoming poverty problems in Regencies/Cities throughout East Kalimantan;

5) Addressing poverty problems in Regencies/Cities throughout East Kalimantan is adjusted to each need based on regional characteristics and conditions of the poor.

6) Regency/City Governments through Bappeda/Bappedalitbang as the leading sector to create a One Data Poverty Forum which is based on the principles of data verification and validation;

7) Provincial TKPK facilitates Regency/City TKPKD to carry out Data Reconciliation to the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs Data and Data Center. (cur/ppm2022).
