Sharing Session "Be More Productive and Happier with Talents Mapping for ASN"
A number of ASN within the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province took part in the Sharing Session "More Productive and Happier with Talent Mapping for ASN" which was held online by BPSDM East Kalimantan Province, Thursday (16/06/ 2022).

The event, which was also attended online by 270 ASN within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government, was opened by the Head of East Kalimantan BPSDM, Dra. Nina Dewi, MAP.

“Talent Mapping is a series of assessment tests that are useful for finding out hidden talents within a person. "The tests carried out do not only focus on improving weak talent, but also aim to focus more on developing talent," said the Head of BPSDM East Kalimantan.

Furthermore, through understanding Talent Mapping in this sharing session, ASN is expected to be able to discover and develop their hidden talents and increase self-confidence, overcome weaknesses that exist within ASN, more productive and happy.
