Socialization and Technical Guidance E Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Agency Compliance with Public Information Openness throughout East Kalimantan
The Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, represented by staff from the Government and Human Development sector, attended socialization and technical guidance on E-Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Bodies' Compliance with Openness of Public Information throughout East Kalimantan online via the zoom meeting application, Tuesday (20/09/2022).

This activity was opened by the Chairman of the Central Information Commission, Mr. Donny Yoesgiantoro, and as resource person, Mr. Muh. Haidir.

Monitoring and evaluation aims to measure the level of compliance of Public Bodies in the implementation of Information Openness, as well as to identify, inventory, provide feedback and solutions to problems that arise in the implementation of information disclosure.< /p>

Mr Haidir explained that the assessment indicators in E-monev this year are different from the previous year, if last year there were only four indicators, then this year there are six assessment indicators. "In previous years, especially for district and city governments, there were only four indicators, now for this year, because of the e-monev system, there are six aspects that will be assessed," he explained

The six assessment indicators include aspects of facilities and infrastructure, aspects of information quality, aspects of types of information, aspects of information commitment, aspects of digitalization and aspects of procurement of goods and services.
