East Kalimantan attended the Ministry of Home Affairs Socialization agenda Number 52 of 2022 concerning the Preparation of Documents for Regions with the Term of Office of Regional Heads Ending in 2023 and New Autonomous Regions (DOB) which was held via Zoom Meeting.

The agenda states that the determination of goals and targets in the preparation of the 2024-2026 Provincial/Regency/City Regional Development Plan is based on the vision and mission of the RPJPD, analysis of the main targets and policy direction of the Fourth Phase RPJPD, and actual strategic issues. Determination of goals and objectives in the preparation of the 2024-2026 Provincial/Regency/City PD Strategic Plan takes into account the goals and objectives of the 2024-2026 Provincial/Regency Regional Development Plan as well as the norms, standards, procedures and criteria set by the Central Government which is the regional authority< /p>

Changes to the RPD can be made if the control and evaluation results show that there is a mismatch between planning assumptions and existing conditions; The results of control and evaluation show that there is a significant gap between targets and performance achievements up to the current year and changes to the Regional Development Plan for 2024-2026 can be carried out without going through the implementation control and evaluation stages, in the event of national policies, emergencies, extraordinary circumstances, and orders from higher laws and regulations.
