Socialization of the neutrality of the ASN wave I, II, III in the scope of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government
Monday, 03/28/2022. Bappeda Representatives of East Kalimantan Province attended the socialization of the neutrality of ASN Wave I, II, III, in the scope of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government with the theme "Building ASN Neutrality to Forted a Clean and Authorized Government (Good and Clean Governance".
The socialization was attended by ASN and contract workers within the Provincial Government. East Kalimantan. Galeh Akbar Tanjung, S, Sos. as the coordinator of the Supervision Division and Hubal Bawaslu Prov. Kaltim is a resource for the socialization.
As for several forms of civil servants' prohibitions in providing support to presidential/vice presidential candidates, regional head candidates/regional head candidates, candidates for members of the House of Representatives (DPR), candidates for Regional Representative Council (DPD), or candidates for Regional Representative Council (DPRD) by:
participate in campaign activities; Become a campaign participant using party attributes or civil servant attributes; As a campaign participant by mobilizing other civil servants; As a campaign participant using state facilities; Make decisions and/or actions that are beneficial or harm one pair of candidates before, during, and after the campaign period; Holding activities that lead to alignments with the candidate pair who participated in the election before, during, and after the campaign period includes meetings, invitations, appeals, calls, or giving goods to civil servants in the work unit environment, family members, and community; and/or; and provide a letter of support accompanied by a photocopy of KTP or Suket Sign of Population.
as listed in Article 494 of Law No. 07 of 2017 concerning "General Elections", every State Civil Apparatus (ASN), Members of the Indonesian National Army (TNI) and the Indonesian National Police (POLRI), Village Heads, Village Apparatuses, and/or Members of the Village Consultative Body that violates the prohibition as referred to in Article 280 paragraph (3) shall be sentenced to a maximum imprisonment of 1 (one) year and a maximum fine of Rp12,000,000.00 (twelve million rupiah).
