Socialization of the Draft JAKSTRADA Development of SPAM for East Kalimantan Province
Samarinda, 18 June 2021, 09.00 WITA. East Kalimantan Province Bappeda attended the socialization activity on the preparation of the JAKSTRADA draft for the development of East Kalimantan Province SPAM which was held in the meeting room of the Deputy Head of the East Kalimantan Province PUPR Service. This event was opened by the Head of the Public Works, Spatial Planning and Public Housing Department of East Kalimantan Province, Rahmad Hidayat, ST, and attended by 19 participants consisting of Regional Officials and JAKSTRADA Consultants for the development of East Kalimantan SPAM.
JAKSTRADA SPAM is a regional strategic policy in the Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM) in East Kalimantan Province. JAKSTRADA SPAM is a representation of the East Kalimantan RPJMN and RPJMD. In accordance with Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government. Providing drinking water is a mandatory matter for the Government, both Central, Regional and Regency/City because it involves basic infrastructure, so its implementation needs to be prioritized and guided by the minimum service standards set by the Central Government. The legal basis for implementing SPAM is Law no. 11 of 1974 concerning Irrigation which was passed down with PP No. 122 of 2015 concerning drinking water supply systems.
This socialization is the initial stage of the implementation of the work on preparing the JAKSTRADA Draft for the Development of East Kalimantan SPAM in 2021 in the activities of managing and developing cross-regency/city SPAM in the Sector of Human Settlements, PUPR Service and PERA of East Kalimantan. In the work of preparing the Draft JAKSTRADA SPAM Development for East Kalimantan, the Consultant worked within 3 months and will carry out several socializations, as well as 2 submissions of JAKSTRADA SPAM documents (namely Intermediate Documents and Final Documents). In preparing the 2021 Draft JAKSTRADA for the Development of SPAM for East Kalimantan by consultants, careful attention will be paid to the suitability of the Draft JAKSTRADA for the Development of SPAM with the RPJMD for East Kalimantan.
