Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province attended the Socialization of the Minister of Administrative Reform Regulation and Bureaucracy Reform No. 7 of 2022 concerning the Work System at Government Agencies to simplify the bureaucracy organized by the Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of East Kalimantan Province directly and online in the Governor's Office Odah Office, Thursday (09/06/2022).

The event which was attended by functional officials from the regional apparatus in the East Kalimantan Provincial Government was opened by Mr. Muhammad Kurniawan, SE, AK, MM as Acting. General Administration Assistant, Representing Acting Secretary of East Kalimantan.

In his direction, he said that in order to realize effective and efficient governance in order to improve the performance of government and public services, the simplification of the bureaucracy was carried out.

"Bureaucratic simplification is carried out through simplification of organizational structure, equalization of positions, and adjusting work systems as stated in the Minister of Administrative Reform Regulation and Bureaucratic Reform Number 7 of 2022 concerning Work Systems in Government Agencies to simplify bureaucracy", he said.

further said that the purpose and objective of the work system adjustment is to realize an effective and efficient work process, ensure the achievement of organizational goals, strategies and performance, and optimize the use of human resources and information and communication technology.
