Socialization of One Indonesian Data at the East Kalimantan Province Level and the 2020 SIDATA Forum.
Samarinda, (9/09/2020). Head of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province Prof. Dr. Ir. H. M. Aswin, MM Opened the One Indonesian Data Socialization Event at the East Kalimantan Provincial Level and the 2020 SIDATA Forum in the GSCC meeting room.
The socialization which was carried out online via the zoom meeting application was attended by Regional Apparatus of East Kalimantan Province.
This activity presented expert staff from the Minister of National Development Planning/Bapenas for Equality & Regional Affairs as the Coordinator of the One Data Indonesia Secretariat at Central Level, Drs. Oktorialdi, MA. Ph.D and Charmarijaty, ST, M.Si as Head of the P3D Division of Bappeda East Kalimantan Province.
The implementation of One Data Indonesia Socialization at the Provincial Level and the East Kalimantan Data Information System Forum (SIDATA) in 2020 aims to increase insight and equalize the level of understanding of One Data Indonesia and as a coordination forum and consultation as well as joint efforts in the context of synchronization, harmonization and synergy of the One Data Indonesia policy. As well as utilizing a web-based program application which contains information on East Kalimantan development data, namely the East Kalimantan Data Information System (SIDATA) which has been built since 2015 to support One Indonesian Data.
This was conveyed by Aswin in his speech, "the aim of this meeting is to socialize One Indonesian Data at the Provincial Level as a follow-up to the issuance of Presidential Regulation Number 39 of 2019, Utilization of Data Information Systems ( "SIDATA) Kaltim as a regional planning instrument, as well as seeing the readiness of SIDATA Kaltim to support One Data Indonesia," he explained.
Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, which has been given the mandate as the One Data Indonesia Secretariat at the Provincial Level, has responsibility for carrying out technical, operational and administrative support in terms of implementing One Data Indonesia activities. One of these things is holding One Data Indonesia Socialization activities which are crucial to realizing a common understanding of One Data Indonesia.
Meanwhile, SIDATA Kaltim, which was built in 2015, was prepared based on the data elements required in the process of planning, controlling and evaluating development which is currently regulated in Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 86 of 2017 and Minister of Home Affairs Regulation 70 of 2019 concerning Regional Government Information Systems.
SIDATA KALTIM also accommodates data needs for Sustainable Development Goals indicators which refer to the East Kalimantan Province SDGs Regional Action Plan.
