Socialization of Law No.3 of 2022 concerning National Capital (UU IKN) and Implementing Regulations of the IKN Law
Wednesday, 19/10/2022 Bappeda Prov. East Kalimantan attended the socialization agenda for Law No.3 of 2022 concerning National Capital (UU IKN) and the Implementing Regulations for the IKN Law. The socialization was held at the Aryaduta Hotel Menteng DKI Jakarta, via Zoom Meeting and YouTube Live Streaming which was held for 2 (two) days. The socialization was attended by the Archipelago Capital Authority; Ministry of State Secretariat; Ministry of Law and Human Rights; Ministry of Home Affairs; Ministry of Finance; Ministry. ATR/BPN; Ministry of PUPR; Ministry of Environment and Forestry; Corruption Eradication Commission; Presidential Staff; Government Goods/Services Procurement Policy Institute; Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry; Provincial Government. DKI Jakarta; Provincial Government. East Kalimantan; Kukar Regency Government; District Government. PPU; Community Associations/Traditional Institutions and Religious Forums/Community Organizations in East Kalimantan; Universities/Colleges and Mass Media.

On the first day of the socialization, guest speaker Dr. Diani Sadiawati S.H., LL.M., (Social Coordinator of the IKN Authority Transition Team); Didik Kusnaini, S.E., M.P.P. (Director of Harmonization of Budgeting Regulations, Ministry of Finance); I Made Meat, A. Ptnh., M.H. (Director of Government Land Regulation, Ministry of ATR/BPN); Joko Subagyo, SH, MT. (Head of Legal Bureau, Ministry of ATR/BPN); Drs. Pioneer, M, Eng. Sc (Director of National Spatial Planning, Ministry of ATR/BPN) with a discussion of Law no. 3 of 2022 concerning National Capital; Candy No. 17 of 2022 concerning Funding and Budget Management for the Preparation, Development and Relocation of the National Capital; Presidential Decree No. 65 of 2022 concerning Land Acquisition and Land Management in the Archipelago Capital and Presidential Decree no. 64 of 2022 concerning Spatial Planning for the National Strategic Area of the Archipelago Capital.
