Follow-up to 2022 East Kalimantan LKPJ Recommendations
Balikpapan, (13/07/2023). Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province through the Head of the Program Planning Sub-Division and staff attended the 2022 East Kalimantan Governor's LKPJ Recommendations Follow-up meeting held by the Provincial Secretariat's Bureau of Government, Borders and Regional Autonomy (PPOD). East Kalimantan at SwissBell-Hotel, Balikpapan.

Activities led by the Provincial Secretary. East Kalimantan, Mrs. Sri Wahyuni and moderated by the Head of the PPOD Bureau of the East Kalimantan Provincial Secretariat, Mrs. Siti Sugiyanti. It was attended by all elements of the OPD leadership within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government.

The aim of carrying out this activity is to follow up on the results of the East Kalimantan Province DPRD Special Committee Report on the 2022 Accountability Report of the Governor of East Kalimantan which was presented at the 16th Plenary Meeting on 22 May 2023, where there were 121 Recommendations on Government Affairs for the Province of Kalimantan East.

In these recommendations there are 19 general recommendations, 30 recommendations for optional matters, 37 recommendations for mandatory basic service matters and 35 recommendations for mandatory non-basic service matters.

Bappeda together with the relevant OPD are responsible for 3 recommendations on general affairs and 5 recommendations on government affairs for mandatory basic services. In general, these recommendations have been followed up by the Provincial Bappeda. East Kalimantan.

In his direction regarding recommendations which are the responsibility of Bappeda, the Provincial Secretary. East Kalimantan said that the Evdoren application must be a reliable medium for recording and recording performance achievements of regional apparatus within the East Kalimantan Province.

In general, of the 121 recommendations, there are still 49 that are repeated/the same as the 2021 recommendations. In responding to this, the Provincial Secretary. East Kalimantan provides direction so that OPD can adjust the answers to these recommendations to suit the conditions in 2022 and must be submitted accompanied by concrete forms and concrete steps regarding the achievements of the implementation of activities that have been carried out in 2022 and display comparisons between the achievements in 2021 and 2022.< /p>

It was further stated that all OPDs are expected to be able to pay closer attention to issues that develop in the implementation of activities to realize performance so that the same recommendations are not repeated in subsequent years.

In addition, the submission of follow-up answers to the East Kalimantan Governor's LKPJ recommendations for 2022 from all OPDs is expected to be completed soon and submitted to the POD Bureau for compilation with a deadline for submission on July 28 2023.
