Increase the absorption of East Kalimantan APBD 2012

Samarinda, 6/20/12. Increase the absorption of the East Kalimantan Regional Budget (APBD) for the 2012 Fiscal Year to reduce the East Kalimantan APBD Silva which is still classified as high when viewed on 2. 3. On 8 to 10 May the Provincial Government sent a team to learn the application of the Aceh P2K format consisting of: Bappeda Prov. East Kalimantan, Regional Development Bureau and Finance Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Prov. East Kalimantan, Transportation Agency, Public Works Office, Health Office and Prov. East Kalimantan. Where the implementation of this meeting is a consolidated step, according to the direction of the Center for Budget Evaluation & Supervision Team (TEP) under the coordination of UKP4 to conduct fomat learning that has been prepared by the P2K - APBA Team of the Aceh Provincial Government

The implementation of the Aceh P2K format is as an effort of the Provincial Government to accelerate the absorption of the budget in the Province of East Kalimantan and submit the East Kalimantan Provincial Budget Report in 2012 on a quarter period to the President through the Budget Evaluation and Supervision Team (TEP) of the Presidential Work Unit in the Field of Development Control Supervision (UKP4).

On May 29, 2012 the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan has submitted the 2012 Budget absorption report by filling out the format submitted by the Budget Evaluation and Supervision Team (TEP), based on the evaluation results of the Budget Evaluation and Supervision Team (TEP), it is still necessary to improve the format.

At the end of his remarks the Secretary stated and asked all SKPD heads to seriously study and immediately need to apply the format of acceleration of budget absorption by all SKPDs in the East Kalimantan Provincial Government, then asked the East Kalimantan Budget Absorption and Supervision Evaluation Team consisting of elements of Bappeda, Itwil, Bangda Bureau and Finance to immediately accelerate it.

East Kalimantan Province gained the trust of the team's work unit as one of the first provinces in the trial format of the Provincial APBD Activities in Indonesia (Socialization of the Acceleration and Control Application System / P2K).

With this activity, it is expected to be able to spur the absorption of a directed regional budget and in accordance with the rules and regulations and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia. Also as an input for the P2K work team for applications that are socialized and operated which will be developed further along with needs and needs.

Regional Secretary of East Kalimantan Province, H. Irianto Lambrie hopes that the implementation of this meeting can provide a solution to suppress East Kalimantan Silpa which is still relatively high. "We hope that Silpa will be low and the level of absorption of both physical and financial budget can be high in every year," he hoped.
