Improve the Performance of Planning Apparatus

Samarinda, 10/9/12. Mutations within the East Kalimantan Bappeda, especially for new officials entering the East Kalimantan Bappeda and staff who have received promotions it is hoped that it will add new energy, new enthusiasm in improving work ethic in an effort to achieve Kaltim Bangkit 2013, and in 2013 it will be used as a momentum to start Kaltim Bangkit.

This was stated by the Head of Bappeda East Kalimantan, DR.ir.H. Rusmadi.MS when giving a speech and at the same time saying welcome to officials who were transferred from outside the East Kalimantan Bappeda or who were promoted to echelon IV.

Officials who were transferred to Bappeda Kaltim echelon III came from outside Bappeda Kaltim including Secretary, Ir.H. Nazrin, M.Si originally from the East Kalimantan Environmental Agency, Head of Infrastructure and Regional Development, H. Hafidz Lahiya, SE., M.Si originally from the East Kalimantan Province Setwilda Program Preparation Bureau; Head of Government and Apparatus Division, Siti Sugiyanti, SE., M.Si, originally from the Setwilda Public Relations Bureau of East Kalimantan Province and for echelon IV Deny Wardhana, ST., M.Si originally from the Public Works Department of East Kalimantan Province supports the new official as Head of Sub Division Regional Development, Infrastructure and Regional Development.

Meanwhile, officials within the East Kalimantan Bappeda who were promoted and transferred to outside SKPD included, Head of Infrastructure & Regional Development, Ir. Salman.L, MM serves as Head of the East Kalimantan Province Setwilda Program Preparation Bureau; Head of Government and Apparatus Division, Ir. Tri Murti Rahayu, M.Si serves as Head of the East Kalimantan Province Secretariat Cooperation Bureau; Head of Regional Infrastructure Sub-Sector, Ir.Hj. Lisa Hasliana, M.Si was promoted to echelon III at the East Kalimantan Province Secretariat Program Preparation Bureau, and the Head of Apparatus Sub-Sector, Abdul Sani, SE was transferred to the East Kalimantan Provincial Sports Service also to echelon IV.

While officials at The East Kalimantan Bappeda environment received promotions, including H. Andrie Asdi, SH, originally a staff member in the Government and Apparatus Sector who was promoted to serve as Head of the Apparatus Sub-Sector in the Government and Apparatus Sector; Ahmad Muzakir, ST, originally a staff member in the Regional Infrastructure and Development Sector, was promoted to the position of Head of the Regional Infrastructure Sub-Sector, Regional Development and Infrastructure Sector.
