In response to questions from participants submitted to the Head of Program Planning Subdivision, East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, namely the program planning proposal to the East Kalimantan Provincial government "Development planning is not only for the next year but several years into the future that have been planned well"

Regency/City parties are welcome to include program planning that is outside of the agreement in Tarakan City, however, it must be able to support the initial plan for the 2014 East Kalimantan Province RKPD, both the goals and targets to be achieved, and later we will discuss these proposals together at the SKPD forum and the East Kalimantan Province Musrenbang. This was expressed by Yusliando, ST Head of Regional Development Assessment Sub-Division, East Kalimantan Province Bappeda.

All budgets issued/spent must have their own targets and regional proposals as far as possible are proposed based on activities so that they can be in accordance with the relevant SKPD or sector at the provincial level. Said Ali Mujib.

Programs and activities remain based on the results of the agreement at the East Kalimantan Regency/City Bappeda Working Meeting from 6 to 7 February 2013 in Tarakan City, however, if there are new programs and activities then coordinate later at the SKPD forum whether they are approved or not by each sector. The results of the Regency/City Bappeda Coordination Agreement in Tarakan City must remain a guideline in preparing program planning. Said Yusliando, ST Head of Regional Development Assessment Subdivision, Bappeda East Kalimantan Province.
