This was revealed by the Governor of East Kalimantan, Dr.H. Awang Faroek Ishak when giving a speech at the East Kalimantan Arts and Culture Party event at the GOR Segiri Samarinda Parking Agency. The East Kalimantan arts and culture party was attended by the people of East Kalimantan and students in Samarinda City.
