Sharpening East Kalimantan Priority Program

2. The final design of the SKPD Strategic Plan as referred to item (1) was verified by the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda. Schedule, mechanism, material (check list) and minutes of verification of the SKPD Strategic Plan attached.
3. Verification as referred to in item (2), to guarantee the suitability of the vision, mission, objectives, strategies, policies, programs, activities and funding of SKPD in line with the RPJMD.
4. Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province gathered the entire Draft SKPD Strategic Plan that had been verified to be submitted to the Governor of East Kalimantan to obtain endorsement with the Decree of the Governor of East Kalimantan. Ratification no later than 1 (one) month after the Regional Regulation on the RPJMD is determined (no later than July 17, 2014).
5. Based on the Decree of the Governor of East Kalimantan regarding the ratification of the SKPD Strategic Plan, the Head of SKPD established the SKPD Strategic Plan. Determination of the SKPD Strategic Plan no later than 7 (seven) days after the SKPD Rensta was passed by the Governor of East Kalimantan (no later than July 24, 2014). The SKPD Strategic Plan that has been approved by the Governor of East Kalimantan and determined by the Head of SKPD is a guideline in the preparation of the SKPD, RKPD, and R-APBD Renja every year.
6. With regard to the things mentioned above, so that the SKPD Head submits to the Head of Bappeda as follows:
a) Letter of Submission of the Final Draft of the SKPD Strategic Plan signed by the Head of the SKPD. Head of SKPD.
c) Assigning echelon III officials and Head of Sub -Department of Program for Verification of the Final SKPD Strategic Plan in accordance with the schedule. (Public Relations Bappeda Provinisi East Kalimantan, Sukandar, S. Sos).
