Kaltim is nominated for phase III APN 2015

Jakarta, Friday, 10/4/15. Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of East Kalimantan Province is nominated for phase III to The results of this assessment are a follow-up to the results of the assessment of the independent assessment team Wicaksono Sarosa and the Aswicaksana Technical Assessment Team on the 2015 East Kalimantan RKPD Document and the presentation of the Head of East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Dr.Ir.H. Rusmadi, MS in the Repetada Bappeda Meeting Room of East Kalimantan Province Jalan Kusuma Bangsa Number 2 Samarinda on 3/19/15.

In the phase II assessment the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan became one of the provinces along with 17 other provinces throughout Indonesia which was included in the Nusantara Pangripta Nusantara Award Nomination (APN) in 2015. TVRI Kaltim and Public Relations Bappeda East Kalimantan.

As a further tindal of the 2015 Pangripta Nusantara Award Assessment at phase III, East Kalimantan Province Bappeda according to the schedule made a presentation submitted by the Head of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province in the 4th Floor Meeting Room of the Ministry of National Development Planning/Jakarta Bappenas on Friday 10 April 2015.

Assessment of the 2015 Pangripta Nusantara Anugerah in the third phase of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government through the Head of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, Dr.Ir.H. Rusmadi, MS made a presentation before the main assessment team and independent assessment team in the 4th floor of the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas on Friday 10/4/15 starting at 09.40 WIB to 11:30 WIB after the assessment of the North Sulawesi Province Bappeda.

Presentation of the Head of Bappeda Province of East Kalimantan, Dr.Ir.H. Rusmadi, MS in the framework of the 2015 Pangripta Nusantara Award Assessment was accompanied by the Head of Economics, Ir. Ujang Rakmad, M.Sc and Head of Regional Development Infrastructure, Yusliando, ST and staff from the PPW Bappeda Kaltim, Stella.

APN awards were given the first time by the President since 2013. APN was given to areas that have successfully compiled RKPD documents well, consistently, comprehensively, measurable and can be implemented.

Pangripta Nusantara Anugerah is an award given to the district/city government with good or very good planning achievements. This award was only given after participating in the selection and assessment in stages and tiered by the main jury team, the independent jury and the technical jury team.

The purpose of giving the Pangripta Nusantara Planning Award to the provinces and districts/cities is to encourage each region in preparing a development plan document better, consistently, comprehensive

Pangripta Nusantara's grace is given based on the results of the substance of the assessment in 3 aspects, namely: 1). Consistent substance of RKP-RPJMD/RKPD planning and the policies of the President, Governor, Regent/Mayor; 2). Synchronization and multi-party synergy so that it is believed at the time of planning and when implementation will go well; 3). Schedule and phasing according to the rules.

The targets to be achieved from the Guidelines for the Pangripta Nusantara Planning Award include: 1). Compilation of methods and criteria for assessment of development plan documents; 2). The spread of information about the methods and criteria for evaluating the development plan document; 3). Implementation of the Assessment of Development Plan Documents; 4). The election of the best development plan dukumen in accordance with the specified criteria.

The results of the assessment of the Main Assessment Team (TPU) originated from Bappenas and the independent assessment team at phase III is still waiting for the assessment of each province that has passed the nominations for phase III.
