East Kalimantan Enters Phase III APN 2015 Nominations

Jakarta, Friday, 10/4/15. The Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of East Kalimantan Province has been nominated for stage III for assessment of the 2015 Pangripta Nusantara Award along with 11 other provinces throughout Indonesia.

The results of this assessment are a follow-up to the results of the assessment from the Wicaksono Sarosa Independent Assessment Team and the Aswicaksana Technical Assessment Team on the 2015 RKPD Kaltim documents and a presentation from the Head of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, DR. Ir.H. Rusmadi, MS in the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda Repetada meeting room, Jalan Kusuma Bangsa number 2 Samarinda on 19/3/15.

In the phase II assessment, the East Kalimantan Provincial Government became one of the provinces along with 17 other provinces throughout Indonesia that were nominated for the 2015 Anugerah Pangripta Nusantara (APN) award. revealed by the Main Assessment Team (TPU), Oswar Mungkasa and accompanied by the Independent Assessment Team Wicaksono Sarosa and the Technical Assessment Team Aswicaksana during an interview with TVRI Kaltim and Public Relations of the East Kalimantan Bappeda.

As a follow-up to the assessment of the 2015 Pangripta Nusantara Award in stage III, the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, according to schedule, made a presentation delivered by the Head of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda in the meeting room on the 4th floor of the Ministry of Planning. Assessment of the 2015 Pangripta Nusantara Award in stage III of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government through the Head of the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda, DR.Ir.H. Rusmadi, MS made a presentation before the main assessment team and the independent assessment team in the meeting room on the 4th floor of the Ministry of National Development Planning/BAPPENAS on Friday 10/4/15 starting from 09.40 WIB to 11.30 WIB after completing the assessment from the North Sulawesi Province Bappeda .

Presentation by the Head of East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, DR.Ir.H. Rusmadi, MS in the framework of the 2015 Pangripta Nusantara Award assessment was accompanied by the Head of Economics, Ir. Ujang Rakmad, M.Si and Head of Regional Development Infrastructure, Yusliando, ST and staff from the East Kalimantan Bappeda PPW Division, Stella.

The APN award was given for the first time by the president since 2013. The APN is given to regions that have succeeded in preparing RKPD documents in a good, consistent, comprehensive, measurable and implementable manner.

The Pangripta Nusantara Award is an award given to Regency/City Governments with good or very good planning achievements. This award is only given after following gradual and tiered selection and assessment by the main jury team, independent jury team and technical jury team.

The aim of giving the Pangripta Nusantara Planning Award to provinces and regencies/cities is to encourage each region to prepare development plan documents in a better, consistent, comprehensive, measurable and implementable manner, and at the same time creating incentives for local governments to realize better and quality planning and strengthening partnerships in development planning.

The Pangripta Nusantara Award is given based on the substantive results of the assessment in 3 aspects, namely: 1). Consistent substance of RKP-RPJMD/RKPD planning and policies of the President, Governor, Regent/Mayor; 2). Multi-party synchronization and synergy so that it is believed that during planning and during implementation it will run well; 3). The schedule and phasing are appropriate and comply with the rules.

The targets to be achieved from the Pangripta Nusantara Planning Award guidelines include: 1). Developing methods and criteria for evaluating development plan documents; 2). Dissemination of information about methods and criteria for evaluating development plan documents; 3). Implementation of assessment of development plan documents; 4). The best development plan document is selected according to the established criteria.

The assessment results from the Main Assessment Team (TPU) come from BAPPENAS and the Independent Assessment Team in stage III is still waiting for the assessment from each province that has passed the stage III nomination.< /p>
