East Kalimantan's Special Autonomy Aspiration

The East Kalimantan Bakohumas Forum Meeting was attended by participants by the SKPD Public Relations Scope of the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan and Regency/City, Private Companies, BUMD, BUMN totaling approximately 75 people.
Bakohumas forum participants in East Kalimantan convey aspirations about special autonomy to the central government on the grounds that: (1) So far the management of regional natural resources is very abundant but not comparable to the balance funds obtained by the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan; (2) East Kalimantan's position as "Heart of Borneo"; (3) State border issues; (4) History; (5) environmental damage due to mining; (6) area area and infrastructure underdevelopment in all fields. These reasons are also always stated by East Kalimantan Regional Government officials both at the East Kalimantan Provincial Government and Regency/City Government in East Kalimantan to withdraw support from the internal government, community components and regional and central legislative members from East Kalimantan.
The agenda in the meeting began with the reporting report, Siti Sofia Sudarma, Director of Information and Media, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia and then continued with remarks from the Central Bakohumas Management, Sudarman, SH Head of the Information Bureau and Trial, Kemenko PMK.
While the remarks from the Governor of East Kalimantan were represented by the Assistant Welfare of the Setwilda of East Kalimantan Province, Drs.H. Bere Ali, M.Si who conveyed several messages including: 1. Delivering the general and social conditions of the people of East Kalimantan; 2. The Provincial Government of East Kalimantan is ready to become the center of government or the capital of the State with the reason according to the conditions and geographical lethal of East Kalimantan and in the theory of the East Kalimantan region to Gemba Bumi; 3. Mounting the people of East Kalimantan and the Provincial Government on the Central Government on Special Autonomy The impact of the injustice of the central government to the East Kalimantan region; 4. The Provincial Government of East Kalimantan together with the community must continue to welcome the ASEAN free market in 2016.
While the remarks and at the same time opened the Bakohumas Forum event in East Kalimantan in 2015 were delivered by Ambassador Esti Andayani, Director General of Information and Public Diplomacy, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia by delivering several important points, among others:
1. Communication and Coordination between Public Relations of the Regional Government of East Kalimantan Province and the Central Government in this case the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia in order to maintain the sovereignty of the Republic of Indonesia and remain within the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia;
2. Maintain harmony between regions throughout the region;
3. The existence of public relations in each SKPD or regional government is very important in order to establish good and balanced public information communication and good relations between the region and the central government;
4. Developing human resources and the role of regional public relations in the context of cooperation with foreign parties; 5. Public Relations is also an economic working group with a friendly country.
