Coordination of corruption prevention actions

Samarinda, Friday 24/7/15. Secretary of the Inspectorate of the East Kalimantan Region, Hj. Noryani Sorayalita, SE., MMT chaired inputing preparation meeting 1a Gajah Mada No.2 Samarinda. Participants numbered approximately 50 people from East Kalimantan Province Bappeda and SKPD related to the scope of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government and Regency/City Bappeda in East Kalimantan. </p>
<p> Hj. Noryani Sorayalita said that the coordination team for the prevention and eradication of regional government corruption compiled acts of prevention and eradication of regional government corruption by referring to the prevention and eradication of corruption. 2015 as listed in Presidential Instruction Number 7 of 2015 concerning PPK Action in 2015 included: <BR /> 1.    Delegation of all authority of issuance of permits and non -permits in the region to the One Stop Integrated Service Institute (PTSP); <BR /> 2.    Increased transparency of regional budget management; <Br /> 3.    Publication of Regional Development Plan Documents and Regional Unit Work Plans; <r /> 4.    The formation and strengthening of the main tasks and functions of the main and documentation (PPIP) management officials and auxiliary; <Br /> 5.    Implementation of transparency and accountability in the mechanism for procurement of goods and services; <Br /> 6.    Simplification of licensing and sides of the number, requirements, time, and licensing procedures in the regions. </p>
<p> Furthermore, the chairman of the meeting said that the electronic procurement service (LPSE) of the Meteorolgi, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) on October 1, 2014 has received a LPSE standardization certificate from the Government Goods/Services Procurement Policy Institute (LKPP). </p >
<p> The acquisition of the certificate is a form of appreciation for the implementation of international standards that refer to the ISO27001 Framework on Information Security Management System and ISO20000 and IT Service Management/Service Management System at LPSE BMKG Center. </p>
<p> This momentum is also a new encouragement for the Central BMKG LPSE and UPT in staring at the future of the organization and starting the future steps with new enthusiasm and new hopes. <R /> LPSE BMKG Pusat has received 17 certificates from LKPP, namely: <BR /> 1.    SERVICE POLICY STANDARD; <R /> 2.    Service Organizing Standards; <R /> 3.    Service asset management standards; <R /> 4.    Service Risk Management Standards; <R /> 5.    Helpdesk service management standards; <Br /> 6.    Change management standards; <Br /> 7.    Capacity Management Standards; <Br /> 8.    Standards for Human Resources Management; <Br /> 9.    Standards for Device Security Management; <R /> 10.  Service operational security management standards; <R /> 11.  Server and network security management standards; <Br /> 12.  SERVICE MANAGEMENT STANDARDS; <R /> 13.  Service budget management standards; <R /> 14.  Service Support Management Standards; <R /> 15.  Relationship management standards with service users; <Br /> 16.  Compliance Management Standards; <R /> 17.  Internal Assessment Standards. </p>
<p> The application of the seventeen ISO standards is an attempt to LPSE BMKG Center to provide excellent service and maintain the confidence of stakeholders and providers in the Central BMKG environment and UPT. This achievement is expected to increase public confidence in accessing information at LPSE BMKG and used as motivation to develop and maintain the performance of LPSE BMKG. </p>
<p> The duties and functions of the Provincial and Regency /City Bappeda in the implementation of the prevention and eradication of regional government corruption include: <R /> 1.    Implement and report the achievement of the success of the publication of the Regional Development Plan Document and the Regional Apparatus Work Plan in accordance with the 8 column format (F8K); <Br /> 2.    Maintaining the confidentiality of the account (username and password) of the monitoring system; <R /> 3.    Input all reports on the success of the 2015 Regional Government PPK Action Action from each work unit for the implementation of action every quarter to be reported on the monitoring system website: <a href = https: // porch .ksp.go.id ;
4. Specifically for the Provincial Bappeda, it verifies the reporting of the success of the 2015 Regional Government PPK Action Regencies and Cities in its territory every quarter.
