ULS Hearing. Nusantara Center of Economic and Social Studies Regarding Request for Research/Study Collaboration
Friday, (06/01/2023) Provincial Bappeda. East Kalimantan welcomed the arrival of the ULS. NUSAN-CESS Unmul who wish to apply for research/study collaboration in the economic, development and social fields in 2023 and beyond. The hearing was attended by the P2EPD, Economics and PPM Sectors. The agenda was held in the Renja Meeting Room, Provincial Bappeda. East Kalimantan.

Nusantara Strategic Services Unit Center for Economic and Social Studies or abbreviated as ULS. NUSAN-CESS Unmul is managed by experts from lecturers/practitioners who focus on the disciplines of Development Economics, Natural Resources and Environment, Population, Accounting Management, Sharia Economics and Social Sciences who focus on research activities that support local, regional and national development by adapting to global issues such as sustainable development.

Whatever variety of training services that ULS provides. NUSAN-CESS Unmul offers Data Analysis with STATA/R Studio; Spatial Analysis with GeoDA and ArcGIS; Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Excel Associate 365/2019 Certification Training; Mixed method research training; Eviews Training; Program Impact Evaluation Analysis Training; Training on Input-Output Analysis, SNSE and CCE as well as other thematic training.

With the proposed training services, Bappeda Prov. Kaltim feels that the planning team needs this training, such as data analysis and spatial analysis as well as certification that can be valid for a lifetime. However, due to the provincial Bappeda work plan. East Kalimantan was regulated in October 2022, so further coordination and communication is needed with superiors and fields related to self-managed training or presenting ULS.NUSAN-CESS as a resource person.
