East Kalimantan Bappeda Holds Policy Socialization for Functional Planning Positions
The Personnel Section of the East Kalimantan Bappeda carries out an agenda of socialization and guidance regarding the Functional Planning Position policy.
This event was held based on Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation Number 1 of 2023 concerning Functional Positions , as well as Circular Letter of the Head of BKN Number 11 of 2023 which regulates the use and utilization of the BKN E-Kinerja application.
This activity aims to provide an in-depth understanding to all functional planning officials (JF Planners) within the Regional Apparatus of East Kalimantan Province regarding filling in and assessing the E-Kinerja Application. With this understanding, it is hoped that every JF Planner will be able to prepare performance reports well and prepare themselves for career advancement in the future.
This socialization involves personnel managers and JF Planners from various agencies within the Regional Apparatus of East Kalimantan Province which is carried out online and offline.
Secretary of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, Saur Parsaoran, in his speech, emphasized the importance of this activity as an effort to increase the professionalism and quality of JF Planning's performance in supports regional development planning tasks.
In this meeting, the East Kalimantan Bappeda presented speakers from the Ministry of Education and Training, Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas, including: Dr. Wignyo Adiyoso, S.Sos., M.A., Ph.D., who discussed the performance assessment policy for the functional position of planner, Bernadette Christi Paramitha Santosa, S.IP., M.A., who explained the implementation of State Civil Service Agency Regulation Number 3 of 2023 concerning numbers credit, promotion, and functional position levels, and Rita Miranda, S.Sos., MPA., who discussed the policies of functional planner positions.
With With this socialization, the East Kalimantan Bappeda hopes that all participants can clearly understand the latest policies and regulations, and be able to apply them in carrying out their daily tasks.
