TVRI dialogue with the theme of dissecting the Draft Law of the Capital City (RUU IKN)
Thursday, 01/20/2022. Head of East Kalimantan Bappeda, Prof. Dr. Ir. HM Aswin MM attended and became a guest speaker in the legal dialogue and state administration policies that were held in the collaboration of TVRI East Kalimantan and the Faculty of Law at the University of Mulawarman.
This dialogue is intended to provide information, education, criticism and problem solving on the theme and/or legal issues discussed.
In the dialogue, Prof. Aswin delivered a response regarding the draft law of the State Capital (BUU IKN) which had been officially ratified as a Law (Law) in the DPR RI Plenary Meeting, Tuesday (1/18/2022).
"East Kalimantan Provincial Government agrees and is very happy with the stipulation of the State Capital Bill into a law, because it will have a positive impact on the growth and equity of the East Kalimantan and Indonesia economy in general." said the Head of East Kalimantan Province Bappeda.
further conveyed, in the process of preparing the State Capital Bill into the law less involved community participation, stakeholders, and stakeholders in broad contribution, input, and suggestions.

The dialogue also presented speakers from academics, Warkhatun Najidah, S.H., M.H (Chairperson of the Regional Autonomy Study Center, Faculty of Law, Mulawarman University).
