Exposure to the Draft LKPJ Accountability Report for the Governor of East Kalimantan for 2021
Head of the Regional Development Planning, Control and Evaluation Division of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Mrs. Rina Juliaty attended the 2021 East Kalimantan Governor's Accountability Report (LKPJ) Draft Exposure Activity which was held in the Tuah Himba Meeting Room of the East Kalimantan Governor's Office, Tuesday (22/03/2022).
The 2021 East Kalimantan Governor's LKPJ was prepared as a mandate from Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government and Government Regulation Number 13 of 2019 concerning Evaluation Reports on the Implementation of Regional Government, guided by Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 18 of 2020 concerning Implementing Regulations of Government Regulation Number 13 of 2019 concerning Evaluation Reports on the Implementation of Regional Government, that the Head Regions submit LKPJ to DPRD which is done 1 (one) time in 1 (one) year no later than 3 (three) months after the end of the fiscal year.
LKPJ contains the results of the administration of government affairs carried out by the Regional Government for 1 (one) fiscal year or the end of the term of office, which are then discussed by the DPRD to produce recommendations for improvements in the administration of regional government.
Based on the regulations above, in 2021 the Governor and Deputy Governor of East Kalimantan are obliged to submit the 2021 East Kalimantan Governor's LKPJ to the East Kalimantan Provincial DPRD. The LKPJ for the Governor of East Kalimantan for 2021 was prepared based on the policies contained in the Regulation of the Governor of East Kalimantan Number 42 of 2020 concerning the Work Plan of the Regional Government of East Kalimantan Province for 2021.
The 2021 East Kalimantan Governor's LKPJ will then be responded to by the East Kalimantan Provincial DPRD and the results of the discussion are expected to be made into a decision by the East Kalimantan Provincial DPRD, which will serve as a recommendation for the basis for improving governance in the East Kalimantan Provincial Government.
