Evaluation of the Implementation of the Provincial Food and Nutrition Regional Action Plan (RAD-PG). East Kalimantan in 2023
Bappeda East Kalimantan Province through the Economic and Natural Resources sector held an Evaluation Meeting on the Implementation of the Provincial Food and Nutrition Regional Action Plan (RAD-PG). East Kalimantan 2019-2023 at the Golden Tulip Hotel Balikpapan, Tuesday (15/11/2022).

The meeting was opened by the Head of the Economy and Natural Resources Division of the Provincial Bappeda. East Kalimantan, Mrs. Ir. Hj. Hidayanti Darma, M.P and attended by 90 participants consisting of elements of regional apparatus related to the East Kalimantan Provincial Government and the East Kalimantan RAD-PG Monitoring and Evaluation Team. This was carried out to evaluate the achievements of food and nutrition development programs/activities within the RAD-PG Provincial framework. East Kalimantan in 2019-2023 as material for improvement in the coming year and reporting on the implementation of RAD-PG to the Central Government (Minister of National Development Planning) in accordance with Minister of National Development Planning Decree Number 124 of 2021 concerning the National Action Plan for Food and Nutrition (RAN_PG) for 2021-2024.

Some of the results achieved in this Evaluation Meeting include:
1. The progress of implementing RAD-PG in East Kalimantan Province is known;
2. Identification of problems and challenges that arise and/or will arise from the implementation of RAD-PG;
3. Provide a systematic and objective assessment of the implementation and results of ongoing or completed RAD-PG activities;
4. Prepare recommendations for implementing the next food and nutrition action plan.

Also present was the Head of Public Health, Provincial Health Service. East Kalimantan, Mrs. Nurul Wahdah as coordinator of Working Group I and Mr. Iskandar Munir from the Investing in Nutrition and Early Years (INEY) Project Team who also provided input and suggestions at the RAD-PG Prov evaluation meeting. East Kalimantan 2019-2023 which will be implemented.
