Facilitating HR Capacity Building for Evaluation, Monitoring and Reporting in Mahakam Ulu Regency
Tuesday, 10/18/2022. Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province became the facilitator for the implementation of the activity "Increasing human resource capacity for evaluation, monitoring and reporting in Mahakam Ulu Regency". Plt. Head of East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Mr. Yusliando, ST accompanied by Young Expert Planner, East Kalimantan Province Bappeda Sub-Coordinator for Planning and Funding, Mr. Alfino Rinaldi Arief, ST, ME gave a speech and was a resource person at the event which was held in the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda Basic Meeting Room.

Also present and opening the activity was the Regional Secretary of Mahakam Ulu Regency, Mr. Stephanus Madang, S.Sos, MM, accompanied by the Head of Bappelitbangda, Mahakam Ulu Regency, Mr. Gerry Gregorius, SE, M.Si.SK. This event was attended by representatives of planning and control from all Regional Apparatus within the Mahakam Ulu Regency Government.

On this occasion Mr. Yusliando emphasized several main points that need to be taken as basic notes for all activity participants, including the importance of maintaining consistency in planning; building an integrated reporting system between provinces and districts; as well as the commitment that must continue to be maintained by all participants present in optimizing planning, monitoring, control and evaluation as well as reporting regional development achievements.

Mr Yusliando hopes that with the implementation of this activity, planning and control human resources in Mahakam Ulu Regency in particular will be more qualified and committed to progressing the development of Mahakam Ulu Regency.
