Facilitation of Draft Regional Head Regulation RKPD Kutai Kartanegara Regency for 2022
Samarinda, 17 June 2021, 09.30 WITA. Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province on this occasion held an online (virtual) agenda for facilitating draft regulations for the RKPD Regional Head of Kutai Kartanegara Regency for 2022. The event was opened by the Secretary of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Charmarijaty, ST, M.Si representing the Head of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda and was also attended by the Head of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda Division and Head of Sub-Division, East Kalimantan Provincial Government Regional Apparatus, and the Kutai Kartanegara Regency Bappeda (Head and all Heads of Division/Sub-Division).
This facilitation activity is a mandate regulated in Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government and Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 86 of 2017 concerning Procedures for Planning, Controlling and Evaluation of Regional Development, where the Regent/Mayor is asked to consult the Ranperkada RKPD with the Governor to be facilitated in order to obtain suggestions and input on the Final Draft RKPD that has been prepared, before it is adopted through Regional Regulation.
Bappeda Kutai Kartanegara Regency in its presentation said that the macro development target in Kutai Kartanegara Regency in 2022 which was agreed upon during the last Pre-Musrenbang was HDI of 75.34; Poverty Rate of 6.90%; Open Unemployment Rate of 4.94%; Economic Growth of 1.06%; and the Gini Index is 0.290.
The development policy directions for the Kutai Kartanegara Regency area which have been prepared in the Final Draft RKPD for East Kalimantan Province for 2022 are (1) Increasing agricultural productivity of food crops, horticulture and plantations; (2) Increasing the productivity of capture and aquaculture fisheries; (3) Development of the tourism industry; (4) Development of livestock areas; (5) Providing access to forest management to communities around the forest; (6) Increasing added value and developing superior commodity markets; (7) Improvement of infrastructure services; (8) Improved health services; (9) Improving the village economy; (10) Development of superior industrial production and quality.
Furthermore, the Regional Apparatus of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government and all planning sectors in the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda took turns providing input and suggestions for improvement efforts.
The Kutai Kartanegara Regency Government through the Kutai Kartanegara Regency Bappeda will complete the complete documents and all requirements for this facilitation activity. The result of this facilitation will be the Governor's letter regarding the results of the facilitation of the Ranperkada RKPD Kutai Kartanegara Regency in 2022 which will be the basis for improving the Ranperkada RKPD Kutai Kartanegara Regency.
