Facilitation of Draft Regional Head Regulation RKPD Samarinda City for 2022
Samarinda, 17 June 2021, 13.30 WITA. Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province on this occasion held an online (virtual) agenda for facilitating draft regulations for the RKPD Regional Head of Samarinda City for 2022. The event was opened by the Secretary of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Charmarijaty, ST, M.Si representing the Head of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda and was also attended by the Head of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda Division and Head, the Regional Apparatus of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government, and the Samarinda City Bappeda (Head and all Head of Division/Head of Subdivision).
This facilitation activity is a mandate regulated in Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government and Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 86 of 2017 concerning Procedures for Planning, Control and Evaluation of Regional Development, where the Regent/ The Mayor is asked to consult the Ranperkada RKPD with the Governor for facilitation in order to obtain suggestions and input on the Final Draft RKPD that has been prepared, before it is determined through the Regional Regulation.
It was stated that the macro development targets in Samarinda City in 2022 which had been agreed upon during the last Pre-Musrenbang were HDI of 80.20; Poverty Rate of 4.75%; Open Unemployment Rate of 5.85%; Economic Growth of 5.00%; and the Gini Index is 0.290.
The direction of the Samarinda City regional development policy that has been prepared in the Final Draft RKPD for East Kalimantan Province for 2022 is (1) Increasing agricultural productivity of food crops and horticulture; (2) Development of livestock areas (3) Improvement of infrastructure services in central areas of economic activity; (4) Improved health services; (5) Development of superior industrial production and quality; (6) Controlling the expansion of mining areas; (7) Development of trade and service areas.
Furthermore, the Regional Apparatus of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government and all planning sectors in the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda took turns providing input and suggestions for improvement efforts.
The Samarinda City Government through the Samarinda City Bappeda will complete the complete documents and all requirements for this facilitation activity. The result of this facilitation will be the Governor's letter regarding the results of the facilitation of the 2022 Ranperkada RKPD Samarinda City which will be the basis for improving the Ranperkada RKPD Samarinda City.
