Facilitating the draft regulation of the regional head of the city of Samarinda RKPD in 2022
Samarinda, June 17, 2021, 13.30 WITA . Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province on this occasion held a Facilitation Agenda of the Draft Regulation of the Regional Head of RKPD Samarinda in 2022 online (Vitual). The event was opened by the Secretary of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Charmarijaty, ST, M.Si representing the Head of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda and was also attended by the Head of the Bappeda Head of East Kalimantan Province, the Regional Apparatus of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government, and the Samarinda City Bappeda (Head and the entire Head/Kasubbid).
This facilitation activity is a mandate stipulated in Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government and Permendagri Number 86 of 2017 concerning Procedures for Planning, Control and Evaluation of Regional Development, where the Regent/Mayor is asked to consult the RKPD Ranperkada to the Governor to be facilitated to be facilitated to obtain advice and input on the final draft of the RKPD. conveyed that the macro development target in Samarinda City in 2022 which was agreed upon during the past pre-musrenbang, namely HDI of 80.20; Poverty rate of 4.75%; Open unemployment rate of 5.85%; Economic growth of 5.00%; and Gini index of 0.290.
The direction of the Samarinda City Regional Development Policy that has been prepared in the final design of the RKPD of East Kalimantan Province in 2022, namely (1) Increased Agricultural Productivity of Food Crops and Horticulture; (2) Development of Animal Husbandry Areas (3) Improvement of infrastructure services in the Central Economic Activity Area; (4) improvement of health services; (5) development of production and quality of superior industries; (6) control of mining area expansion; (7) Development of Trade and Service Areas.
Furthermore, the Regional Apparatus of the Scope of the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan and all fields of planning in the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda alternately provide input and suggestions for improvement efforts.
Samarinda City Government through Samarinda City Bappeda will complete the completeness of the files and all the requirements in this facilitation activity. The results of this facilitation will be the Governor's letter about the results of the facilitation of the Samarinda City RKPD Ranperkada in 2022 which is the basis for the improvement of the Samarinda City RKPD Ranper
