Facilitation of Draft Regional Regulation RKPD for East Kutai, Berau and Paser Regency in 2023
Friday, 06/25/2022. Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, through the Regional Development Planning, Control and Evaluation Division (P2EPD), is again carrying out a follow-up agenda for facilitating the draft Regional Government Work Plan Document (RKPD) for 2023 for East Kutai, Berau and Paser Regencies which was held at the Four Point Hotel Balikpapan.

This facilitation activity was led by the Head of the P2EPD Bappeda Division of East Kalimantan Province, Mrs RIna Juliaty, S.Si, M.Si representing the Head of Bappeda East Kalimantan Province and was also attended by all structural and functional officials within Bappeda East Kalimantan Province online and in person.

This facilitation activity is carried out in accordance with the mandate of Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government and Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 86 of 2017 concerning Procedures for Planning, Control and Evaluation of Regional Development which mandates that Regency/City Governments need to consult on the final draft RKPD that has been prepared to the Provincial Government in order to obtain suggestions, input and recommendations for improvement before it is determined through Perkada.

On this occasion, facilitation was carried out on the final draft of the 2023 RKPD for 3 (three) regions, namely East Kutai, Berau and Paser Regencies, which then produced an official report on the results of the implementation as well as a letter from the Governor regarding the facilitation of the 2023 RKPD Ranperkada and then became the basis for perfecting the final draft of the RKPD for each region before it was determined through Perkada with a target time for determination of 1 (one) week after the RKPD Province is determined.
