FGD Analysis of Competency Development Needs (AKPK) BPSDM Prov. East Kalimantan in 2022
Secretary of the Provincial Bappeda. East Kalimantan, Mrs. Charmarijaty, ST, M.Si attended the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) Analysis of Competency Development Needs (AKPK) BPSDM Prov. East Kalimantan which was held at the Haris Hotel Samarinda, Tuesday (20/09/2022).

FGD which was attended by all representatives of OPD Regional Apparatus Organizations within the Province. East Kalimantan and related Regional Apparatus within the District/City scope were opened directly by the Head of BPSDM East Kalimantan, Mrs. Dra. Nina Dewi, M.AP.

In his speech, it was stated that the BPSDM Provincial BPSDM Provincial Competency Development Needs Analysis FGD (AKPK). East Kalimantan was implemented in the context of mapping the development and improvement of the quality of human resources in the implementation of the Competency Development Program within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government and as a follow-up to the 2023 Training proposal which has been input by the Provincial Regional Apparatus. East Kalimantan and BKPSDM Districts/Cities throughout East Kalimantan via the AKPK BPSDM Kaltim Application.

FGD moderated by Widyaiswara Main Expert at BPSDM Prrov. East Kalimantan, Mr. Sugeng Chairuddin presented two resource persons, namely the Head of BPSDM East Kalimantan and Mr. Dimas Radhitya Anggara as Competency Development Analyst for BPSDM East Kalimantan who conveyed the results of the recapitulation of data collection on competency development needs from Provincial Regional Apparatus. East Kalimantan and BKPSDM Districts/Cities throughout East Kalimantan via the AKPK Application.

The FGD continued with discussion and questions and answers by the participants present regarding the results of the recapitulation that had been submitted and proposals related to its future implementation.
