FGD Deepening Analysis of Regional Development Evaluation
bappeda.kaltimprov.go.id - In the framework of development planning, the role of evaluation becomes important and strategic as a basis for determining the theme, target, and direction of the next period planning policy. The evaluation is also important to provide learning (lesson learning) for the implementation of future development.
In connection with this, Bappeda Prov. East Kalimantan actively participates in the Group Discussion Forum (FGD) Deepening of Regional Development Evaluation Analysis (EPD) which is carried out online by the Ministry of PPN/Bappenas c.Q Deputy Monitoring, Evaluation and Control of Development on August 26, 2020.
The focus of the 2020 EPD activity which was attended by Bappeda Prov. Kaltim, BPKAD Prov. East Kalimantan, and Mulawarman University are: 1) Evaluation of the achievement of the main performance of the region; and 2) Evaluation of regional adaptation in handling COVID-19 based on aspects of planning, budgeting and regional initiation. Furthermore, the purpose of the event was to do confirmation and deepening information related to the influence of COVID-19 and regional efforts in achieving macro performance and human development in East Kalimantan Province.
In his presentation, Head of Bappeda Prov. East Kalimantan was represented by the Head of Regional Development Planning and Control (Charmarijaty, S.T., M.Sc.) conveyed the regional efforts in accelerating the achievement of development performance and responding to Covid-19 in East Kalimantan Province, as well as the condition of the Macroeconomic Achievement of East Kalimantan and several efforts to handle Covid-19 East Kalimantan, namely in terms of planning adjustments. In addition, the condition of the East Kalimantan Economic Conditions in the second quarter of 2020 which experienced a contraction of 5.46% and the performance of the business field that was still moving positively, namely:
- Performance Water, waste management, waste and recycling, and -- the performance of the field of information and communication business. East Kalimantan Economy. related to the Regional Work Plan, the position of Change of RKPD of East Kalimantan Province has been in the stage of preparing the Pergub, where the results of the Final Draft Facilitation of the RKPD change by the Ministry of Home Affairs. Covid-19 East Kalimantan which has reached two thousand more conformation with the achievement of the mortality rate of up to one hundred more people and efforts in terms of policy for handling COVID-19 in East Kalimantan.
