This forum was opened by the Head of the Provincial BPKAD. East Kalimantan, Mr. Fahmi Prima Laksana, S.E, MM and attended by Regional Apparatus from the East Kalimantan Province.

This activity is carried out in order to establish service standards as a benchmark for services in each environment, as mandated by Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services.

In his report, the Secretary of BPKAD, Mr. Dhaniswara, stated that the purpose of this Public Consultation was as a medium to develop references and standards for service units at BPKAD Kaltim in identifying public satisfaction with the services provided, and also to determine the level of public satisfaction on an ongoing basis and determine service trends in each service unit at BPKAD Provincial. East Kalimantan.
