Regional Forum for the Regional Personnel Agency of East Kalimantan Province in 2022
Friday, 11/03/2022. Head of PPM Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, Mrs. Nani Nuraini, ST, MT representing the Head of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, attended the Regional Apparatus Agency for the East Kalimantan Provincial Personnel Agency for 2022 which was held through online and luring at the East Kalimantan Province BKD Office.
This regional apparatus forum was carried out in the context of refinement of the initial work plan design (Ranwal Renja) into a Work Plan (Renja) of the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) No. 86 of 2017.
This event was attended by BKD Prov. Kaltim; Bappeda Prov. Kaltim; BPSDM Prov. Kaltim; Setda Organization Bureau Prov. Kaltim; BPKAD Prov. Kaltim; Disdikbud Prov. Kaltim; Prov. Kaltim; and BKPP/BKPSDM Regency-City.
On this occasion, Ms. Nani conveyed the fundamental and principal matters in the development planning contained in the East Kalimantan Province P-RPJMD in 2019-2023 and the RKPD Draft of East Kalimantan Province in 2023 .
also conveyed that BKD in the development planning of East Kalimantan is very instrumental in supporting the achievement of mission 5 "Sovereign in Realizing a Clean, Professional and Public Service-Oriented Bureaucracy"; Objective 6 "Realizing a clean, professional and public service oriented government bureaucracy with a target of bureaucratic reform index of 72"; Target 18 "The realization of an effective and efficient bureaucracy with a target of performance accountability value of 78"; through the direction of capacity building and performance apparatus policy; and strengthening institutional governance and government systems.
Meanwhile, the Head of BKD of East Kalimantan Province Mr. Drs. Diddy Rusdiansyah MM, said that the theme of the PD BKD forum in 2022 was "Increasing the Merit System Implementation Index in Supporting IKN". It was conveyed that the implementation of the merit system in East Kalimantan has been running well but of course it will continue to be improved to support the implementation of ASN talent management in East Kalimantan. BKD also continues to strive to improve its performance by making a number of efforts including through efforts to apply information technology and application development; As well as preparing ASN for the presence of IKN through cooperation between Bappenas, BKN, BKD, BPSDM and the organization bureau in the application of the competency test of all ASNs. Then regarding Non ASN, he said that non ASN will still be needed in 2023 given the condition of the needs and availability of employees in East Kalimantan that is not sufficient.
