BPBD Regional Apparatus Forum (Regional Disaster Management Agency) of East Kalimantan Province in 2022
Head of East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Prof. Dr. Ir. H.M. Aswin, MM was present as a guest speaker in the "Regional Apparatus Forum for the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of East Kalimantan Province" which was held at the Harris Hotel Samarinda on Wednesday (30/03/2022).
The activity carried out directly and virtual was opened by the Head of East Kalimantan Province BPBD, Mr. Yudha Pranoto, S.E. and was also attended by elements of regional apparatus and related stakeholders within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government.
"the East Kalimantan Provincial BPBD Regional Apparatus Forum is carried out to get input and work together in the alignment of the East Kalimantan BPBD Work Plan in Mitigation and Disaster Management Efforts in East Kalimantan Province", Delivered by the BPBD Kalaksana.
Head of the Provincial Bappeda in his presentation as a resource person explains the picture of the process and stages of preparing planning documents and basic points in the East Kalimantan RPJMD document in 2019-2023 and the draft RKPD of East Kalimantan in 2023 which needs to be used as a reference in the preparation of BPBD BPBD in East Kalimantan Province in 2023.

At the end of the presentation, Prof. Aswin hopes that the East Kalimantan Provincial BPBD will be able to improve coordination between the area in the East Kalimantan Provincial Government so that synergy occurs in disaster management, such as collaboration with the PUPR Office in the use of heavy equipment, the Social Service in the use of emergency tents, etc.
The forum was followed by the signing of the "Minutes of the Agreement on the Regional Apparatus Forum" to improve the Ranwal Renja BPBD document of East Kalimantan Province in 2023.
