East Kalimantan Provincial Education and Culture Office Forum for 2022
Head of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda Human Resources Development Sub-Division Mr. Said Aboe Hanifah, S.Sos was present representing the Head of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province as a resource person at the Regional Office of Education and Culture for the East Kalimantan Province in 2022 which was held through online and luring at Jatrapapan Hotel, Wednesday, Wednesday, Wednesday, Wednesday, Wednesday, 09/03/2022.
This regional apparatus forum was carried out in the context of refinement of the initial work plan design (Ranwal Renja) to be the Work Plan (Renja) of the East Kalimantan Province Education and Culture Office (Disdikbud) in 2023, according to the Mandagri Mandate No. 86 of 2017.
This event was attended by the East Kalimantan Province Disdikbud and Regency/City in East Kalimantan; Bappeda Prov. Kaltim; as well as several other regional apparatuses related to the field of education and culture development.
In the presentation session, Mr. Said Aboe conveyed the fundamental and principal matters in the development planning as stipulated in the East Kalimantan Province P-RPJMD in 2013-2023 and the draft RKPD of East Kalimantan Province in 2023.
It was also conveyed that the Disdikbud in the development planning of East Kalimantan was very instrumental in supporting the achievement of the mission 1 "Sovereign in the Development of Human Resources who have noble character, especially women, youth, and people with disabilities"; Purpose 1 "Realizing HR that are competitive, characterized, and noble character with the target of the human development index of 77.75"; Target 1 "Increasing equitable level of community education with a target of long school expectations of 14.13 and the average length of school is 10.17".
then said that Disdikbud in carrying out the main tasks and functions needs to synergize with other regional apparatuses so that they can run more optimally. The role of Disdikbud is also very very important, especially in preparing quality human resources and ready in welcoming the transfer of IKN. The Provincial Government of East Kalimantan has tried to optimize the implementation of the "East Kalimantan Completion" scholarship, but it is also necessary to make efforts to improve the facilities and infrastructure of supporting education and the availability of educators and education staff. Besides that, it is also necessary to compile a vocational education roadmap which is certainly in line with the development of the needs of the business world.
